Policies to protect the health of our guests and employees:
In order to help protect our guests, and employees, and to help stop the spread of the coronavirus we are canceling all of our rafting adventures, ropes course, and other activities until May 1. We will provide full refunds for any of these trips, no questions asked or allow rescheduling with no fees.
We will continually reassess the date for resuming activities and will post any changes as they develop.
We are continuing to take reservations for trips running in May through October. We suggest that if you are interested in one of these trips, that you make a risk free reservation. We have suspended our normal policy of requiring a deposit to secure your trip for all trips through July 4.
This date may be extended if the health emergency persists.
Because our reservation staff is often working from home, but monitoring the phones, please leave a message and we will get back to you within a few hours.
Once restrictions are lifted we will be ready to resume operations and look forward to seeing you on the river
When we do reopen, we will not reuse any life jacket, wet suit, helmet, or paddle until there is absolutely no health risk in doing so.
* Our equipment, vehicles, and facility surfaces will be disinfected on a regular basis.
* Hand-sanitizing stations will be available throughout our facilities.
As always, our guests’ and employees’ safety is our first concern. We are all in this together.
